Activation is the Greatness Lab’s proprietary methodology and programs to help independent financial/insurance advisors build scalable and sellable business. We transform how you think about growth - from personal selling to building systems and teams. Activation is roughly a 6-month program that helps an advisor stop firefighting and start running a business with clear roles and systems. After that, the Greatness Lab platform gives ongoing support as they keep growing.
Month 1 – Assessment
We start with a structured assessment of your business. You get a clear picture of your client base, revenue mix, capacity, and team, and we agree on the few changes that will make the biggest difference.
Months 2–6 – Build phase
We meet on a regular schedule to install the core pieces: role clarity, basic processes, service standards, scorecards, and a simple meeting rhythm. The goal is to get you out of the weeds and make the business less dependent on you.
After 6 months – Ongoing support
Once the core structure is in place, you stay connected to the Greatness Lab platform and community. You keep refining your team, numbers, and decisions with other owners who are growing the same way.
