Activation is the Greatness Lab’s proprietary methodology and programs to help independent financial/insurance advisors build scalable and sellable business. We transform how you think about growth - from personal selling to building systems and teams. Activation is roughly a 6-month program that helps an advisor stop firefighting and start running a business with clear roles and systems. After that, the Greatness Lab platform gives ongoing support as they keep growing.
Month 1 – Assessment We start with a structured assessment of your business. You get a clear picture of your client base, revenue mix, capacity, and team, and we agree on the few changes that will make the biggest difference.
Months 2–6 – Build phase We meet on a regular schedule to install the core pieces: role clarity, basic processes, service standards, scorecards, and a simple meeting rhythm. The goal is to get you out of the weeds and make the business less dependent on you.
After 6 months – Ongoing support Once the core structure is in place, you stay connected to the Greatness Lab platform and community.
