Who Can Use The Greatness Lab
- The Greatness Lab is for students 16 years and older, along with employers, clubs, and speakers who share our mission.
- Account information should be accurate and up to date.
- Each person or organization should only have one account.
How Roles Work Here
Students:
- The Greatness Lab is for real career exploration and applications.
- Your profile is private by default. You can choose to make it discoverable if you’d like.
Employers:
- Job posts are expected to follow our Job Posting Rules. which are designed to keep opportunities transparent and scam-free.
- All job details should be clear, honest, and current.
Clubs & Speakers:
- Club leaders and speakers are welcome to use The Greatness Lab for real opportunities and events that support students.
Posting & Sharing Content
- Jobs, resumes, events, and other content shared on The Greatness Lab should be accurate, legal, and respectful.
- By posting, you allow The Greatness Lab to display your content on the platform and, when appropriate, highlight success stories (we anonymize details if needed).
- The Greatness Lab may edit or remove content that is not safe, transparent, or aligned with our mission.
What’s Not Okay Here
To keep The Greatness Lab safe and fair, we do not allow:
- Scam jobs, pyramid schemes, or misleading listings.
- Data scraping or copying user information.
- Spam, harassment, or abusive behavior.
- Using The Greatness Lab for things unrelated to student career growth.
Intellectual Property
- The Greatness Lab owns the platform, branding, and design.
- You keep ownership of your own content (jobs, resumes, profiles).
- By sharing content, you give The Greatness Lab permission to display it on the platform and use it to help tell the story of our community’s success.
Moderation & Safety
- New employers are reviewed before going live.
- The Greatness Lab may remove content or accounts that break these Terms or our Posting Rules.
- If something you posted is taken down, you can contact us for a review.
- Serious or repeated issues may lead to permanent account removal.
Service Availability
- We work hard to keep The Greatness Lab running smoothly, but there may be downtime, errors, or changes.
- Features may be updated as we grow.
Privacy & Data
- Your use of The Greatness Lab is also covered by our Privacy Policy.
- Employers agree to only use student application data for the role the student applied to.
- The Greatness Lab will never sell student data.
Disclaimers & Liability
- The Greatness Lab is provided “as is.”
- We cannot promise job offers or hiring outcomes.
- We are not responsible for:
- The accuracy of job postings or resumes
- Whether a hire or offer is made
- The conduct of employers, students, or third parties
- Any legal liability we have is limited to the maximum amount the law allows.
Law & Disputes
- These Terms are governed by U.S. law and the state of Florida.
- Any disputes will be handled in that state’s courts, unless the law requires otherwise.
Updates to Terms
- From time to time, we may update these Terms.
- If there are big changes, we will notify you by email or through the platform.
- Continuing to use The Greatness Lab means you are okay with the updated Terms.
